Dirt Rich’s biggest passion lies in spreading knowledge about the concepts and science of regenerative agriculture and providing a local product that helps gardeners and farmers maintain a holistic agricultural system to grow more nutrient dense food. We have learned most of our processes from Elaine Ingham and base our product around encouraging healthy biology in our soils.

Dirt Rich Compost LLC is owned and operated by Alissa. She is Whitefish born and raised and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies with an emphasis in sustainable agriculture. Helping create systems that encourage the nourishment of our wild lands, agricultural soils and in turn our community is a prominent focus in her life. Dirt Rich is a tool for her to do just that.
LEAH PRICKETT
FOOD WASTE PICKUP MANAGER
Leah is of many talents. She’s an artist, bike mechanic, bartender, graphic designer, welder, gardener and so many other things. She grew up in Philadelphia and New Jersey and has traveled the world. Leah has a keen ability to recognize disorder and come up with systems to get things moving smoothly again. She manages systems involved in our food waste pickup services to make sure our customers are well cared and efficiency is maintained.

Brooke is a Montana native who moved to Oregon for her early adulthood and moved back to Montana to share her passion for waste reduction to our community and team.
