WHAT CAN YOU COMPOST?
Any food or food scrap can be thrown in the bin, period. All meat, all dairy, all produce…ALL food substances. Any non-bleached paper is allowed in bins and in some cases compostable containers as well.
WHERE DO YOU KEEP THE DIRT RICH BIN(S)?
Anywhere it fits best. In the kitchen and/or near where the front of the house scrapes plates. If you prefer not to keep scrap bins in the kitchen overnight, we can find a bear proof storage location in the back of the restaurant.
Pricing
Depending on the amount of waste produced, we provide 48 or 32 gallon bins, or a 5 gallon bucket option for a smaller waste stream, picked up once or twice weekly.
We’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense logistically and financially.
Prices include a thorough bin cleaning and lining using locally made biodegradable detergent and a biodegradable bin liner.

Pick up once a week, for the establishment with less waste.
