We operate a restaurant and despite best efforts there is always food waste. It just makes sense to make the effort to turn that food waste into another useful product. There are many reasons we continue to use Dirt Rich Services after so many years but one of the main ones is that our staff appreciates knowing that the food that they have to throw away is actively being diverted from the landfill and can be used in another way.
